Tiivistelmä:This article argues that the global business world suffers from a wrongly produced permanent need for organizational change, and that management consultants only support this assumed need. It is argued that the application of healthy organization theories would offer many guidelines for organizational change initiatives that also make theoretical and practical sense. In conclusion, the development of an evidence-based (change) consultancy practice is suggested.
