Tiivistelmä:The fundamental assumptions that corporations make about their customers are changing in the 1990's. Spurred by the altered demands and new purchasing patterns of consumers, companies have stopped creating products with just the buyer in mind and have started considering the user. Those companies that are and will be most successful have started to look at the customer's entire experience, from the pre- to post-purchase stage, and have been working to satisfy and retain existing customers through providing them with the products and services that they desire.
