Tiivistelmä:Empirical studies by researchers such as Morgan have demonstrated a relationship exists between organisational learning and market orientation. Other research has provided evidence of links between learning and innovation management. As noted by Easterby-Smith (1997), however, the management literature provides very limited empirical evidence of how learning style and learning systems permit organisations to effectively respond to changing market conditions. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to seek more understanding of these issues as it relates to organisational learning among small UK manufacturing firms seeking to exploit the Internet to enhance the effectiveness of their company/customer interface.
