| Tiivistelmä: | The academic literature produced in Turkey over the last three decades is investigated as an example of a country located at the periphery of management scholarship and where the development of management has been dependent upon the USA. Cluster-analytic results indicate e.g. that the predominant form of scholarly publications consists of practice-oriented nonempirical literature. Management literature in Turkey seems to have served as a vehicle for the transportation of American theories. |
