| Tiivistelmä: | As a consequence of the complexity of and the trend to specialization within management science, the subject-matter of organization, pay off, planning, corporation philosophy and others are considered separately from each other. However, the effects and forms of the instruments, measures and behaviour of the management are interdependent. In light of this, the concept of "Fuehrungs-Mix" /management-mixture/ is presented as an instrument for integrated analysis of management problems. A methodology is based on this model, which is used for the complex analysis of the management. |
