| Tiivistelmä: | In Switzerland, in a similar way than in the United States and Germany, a new conception of board of directors is being developed. This change is characterized by a new organization of information flows from and to this top organ of company management. The lack of a proven and effective methodology supporting the information systems development is emphasized. At its base an appropriate philosophy is needed. A politics of information is also necessary to get practical solutions for the real-life problems of corporate management. A number of analytic concepts are introduced and their usefulness is demonstrated. |
