Abstract: | In this article the entrepreneurial opportunity concept is viewed from the perspective of an evolutionary market process, and the author suggests that new entrepreneurial opportunities surface as by-products of market competition. Opportunities may emerge from agents deliberate or unwitting actions, or from the organizational change and the evolution of industries. Simultaneously, these processes help the agents to adopt the skills to take advantage of these opportunities. |
