Abstract:The paper considers the job interviewing and recruiting process. The author of the article states that when two sides are ill-prepared and ill-judged they can render the recruiting process an embarrassing exercise. The article answers the question how interviewees pitch their campaign between arrogance and confidence, and bosses put their perspective employees through fair scrutiny without intimidating them. The author considers the importance of using one's body language and advices that most of all, if as a candidate you want to make an interview go well, stop talking and start listening. The paper provides the following insets: "Do's and don'ts for candidates" and "Do's and don'ts for interviewers".
