| Abstract: | In the development of modern enterprises , technological progress has become the main factor deciding the rise and fall of enterprises. So the strategic orientation of enterprises' technological progress is to opitimize the industrial structure, raise the quality of products and enhance enterprises' ability of creating foreign exchange. To this end, the government's guiding and promoting functions in technological progress should be strengthened. Besides, importance should be attached to the selection of technologies and technological development organs established and the input in technological development increased as well. |
