Tiivistelmä:Managing and structuring human organizations has to be transformed. Attention has been shifting from tangible to intangible assets. Human thinking systems become the key focal center. There are two vital mental functions of awareness and mindfulness. Crucial for sustaining the integrated dynamic is a mindful culture manifesting collaborative and sharing characteristic. A key requirement is recognizing the interdependency of the attributes involved. This paper aims to enhance the new mindset by conceptualizing the 3C-OK framework.
