| Tiivistelmä: | We should observe the following three principles in selecting the places as the offshore financial markets. The selected places must be open areas, bonded areas, China's economic and financial centres. For this reason, the offshore financial markets can be established in Shanghai and Shenzhen and in particular, Shanghai is the best place. Besides, China should establish New York-type offshore financial market, separating strictly domestic business from oversea business for it is suitable to China. |
