| Tiivistelmä: | China's investment environment for coal industry is superior in that: (1) China possesses a wide coal market, and coal industry will remain very important in the national economy, (2) China is rich in coal resources and complete in variety, (3) the scope of investment is broad with many items to choose from, (4) the infrastructure is perfect, with strong advantages in equipment, expertise, management and talent, (5) foreign businessmen can enjoy more preferential policies if they invest in coal projects. In recent time, the Ministry of Coal Industry has formally presented over 300 projects inviting foreign investment. |
