| Tiivistelmä: | As far as current items (mainly import and export trade) are concerned, balance of foreign trade will increase the total demand and lead to price-hikes, while deficit will add to supply and curb price-hikes. As for current items of capital, balance will result in increase of foreign exchange reserves, while deficit does the opposite, with complicated impacts on domestic prices. The article discusses the effect of international payment on domestic prices and proposes that analysis should be conducted in a proper manner. |
