| Tiivistelmä: | In 1996 the total supply of coal will continue to exceed its demand slightly. The general price level will rise, to some extent. The varieties of coal in different regions and the supply of coal at different seasons will still be unbalanced. It is estimated that the whole country's raw coal output will reach 1.39 billion tons and its consumption will still concentrate on such industries as power, chemical industry, building materials and metallurgical industry, and the consumption of coal in railway transportation and for life will continue to decline. The export of coal will amount to 40 million tons, up over 25%. |
