| Tiivistelmä: | This paper follows on from a governmental business support programme directed towards female entrepreneurs in the rural districts of Sweden. The implication of gender segregated business counselling service is discussed from feminist and neo-institutional perspectives. The intention is to explore the components of the councelling service's identity formation within an institutionalized field of business. Female entrepreneurship as "the other" leads to legitimacy dilemmas concerning the interactions between the councelling service and the Local Enterprise Boards. |
