| Tiivistelmä: | Owning to the rapid growth of international trade, many countries have opened their financial markets. Global integration resulting from capital flow have become an irresistible trend. More and more developing countries have been integrated into the world economic system. Some non-OECD member countries have developed vigorously and absorbed a large amount of foreign investment. But there exist potential risks which can not be neglected. While being keen on opening in all directions and widely raising the international funds, they pay little attention to developing their ability of withstanding risks. The previous financial crisis in Mexico and this year's financial turmoil in Thailand are the manifestations of such a contradiction's intensifying. |
