| Tiivistelmä: | This paper summarizes China's experience in reforming its mode of foreign aid and problems in this line. China's successful experience is as follows: 1.Attaching importance to the earlier-stage investigation and doing well feasibility study are the premise of smooth progress of projects. 2.Enterprises should strengthen their own building, establish and improve their management system, and do well the people-selecting work. 3.The enterprises undertaking projects must take flexible form of operation. 4.Enterprises should be good at seizin the opportunity and strive for more preferential policies for solving the actual problems. 5. The mode of use of preferential loan for foreign aid must be flexible. |
