| Tiivistelmä: | Venture capital industry is a new industry originated in the United States in mid-20th century and has spread to most countries all over the world. This newly-developed industry is of great significance in turning the research findings of science and technology into commercial outcomes, promoting technological innovation, fostering new points of economic growth and creating more job opportunities. This is extremely true in China since we are now under the pressure of the task of upgrading the industrial structure and the demand for job opportunities as well. However, several key problems must be solved in China before venture capital industry can be developed. They are problems concerning the supply network of venture capital, the organization of venture capital, the capitalization of knowledge, incentives, investment exit system ect. |
