| Tiivistelmä: | It is the joint effect of social system and cultural environment that leads to the rise of entrepreneurs. Changes in the social system determine the growth of the entrepreneurs, while the cultural environment determines the personality of the entrepreneurs. In China a class of entrepreneurs will come into being only after we have established the system of socialist market economy and modern enterprises, and introduced the spirit of individualism marked by a sense of responsibility into the traditional Chinese culture dominated by confucian ethics. |
