| Tiivistelmä: | It has been critically argued that cases used in teaching too often overemphasize the formal and rational aspects of organizational functioning. As a response to these concerns, Harvard Business School (HBS) announced a commitment to broaden case content. Narrative analysis is used in this study to investigate the content of 36 most popular HBS cases of 1996. The results indicate that these cases continue to reflect the rational domain bias that engendered the original criticism. |
