| Tiivistelmä: | This paper analyses the social partners' role in the gender equality agenda in construction at skilled operative level. The findings from a survey suggest that the construction industry still is conservative, and that the social partners confirm rather than counter this. Discourse of gender equality does not automatically lead to equal opportunity policies or programs. |
