| Tiivistelmä: | This study analyses group processes in vacation decision-making. The decision-making processes of 19 groups (11 families, 5 couples and three groups of friends) have been followed for one year. Personal constraints, interpersonal dimensions, cohesiveness, distribution of the roles and level of congruence within the group are taken into account. |
