| Tiivistelmä: | In this article, an ethnographic study of the IsraeliĀPalestinian subsidiary of a multinational hi-tech company is presented. The ideological and practical factors of the transnational regime of consciousness are investigated as expressed through "the one-company approach". This study analyzes the relationship between transnationalism and nationalism inside the organization, and its implications for understanding MNCs' role in globalization. |
