| Tiivistelmä: | Physical distribution costs are becoming ever more significant, and it is increasingly necessary to structure the control of physical distribution within the company. Thus management can be quickly provided with the necessary signals concerning the consequences which result from variations in the physical distribution operation with regard to the policy decisions taken and the plans and budgets based upon them. The conditions necessary for adequately fulfilling this system of cost control are detailed. |
