| Tiivistelmä: | Some companies are in a state of stagnation. They find it difficult to make profit from new product ideas. Entrepreneurship is a method which enables them to soften up rigid bureaucratic structures and to activate the employees' unexploited idea and performance potential. Competent employees with promising product ideas as Entrepreneurs can be trained and equipped with the necessary resources and called upon to realize their own innovative ideas. A number of organizational obstacles to developing successful Entrepreneurs are identified. Comparisons between traditional and innovative management are made. |
