Abstract (eng):The purpose of this Final Project is the development of the documentation to implement a Quality Management System basing in the Standard ISO 9001:2008 in an electronic company in Spain.
The activity of the company is the design, production and commercialization of its products and these will be therefore, the activities integrated in the Quality Management System.

A Quality management system is an operating mechanism of an organization to optimize its processes.
The objective is to guide the information, machinery and work so that it increases the satisfaction of the customers with the products and/or services provided.
There are a lot of different factors that can affect the organizational structure like the type of products or type or business, so every organization has its own and unique Quality Management System.

Through the implementation of the Quality Management System, the company will be able to improve its corporate image, strengthen confidence among its current and potential customers, participate in new markets and improve its competitive position.
Furthermore, the company will be able to control better their processes and improve them, reduce the number of defects and increase employee motivation.
The methodology used to develop the present Project is divided in four sections: 1.
First, in the part of Literature Review, it is explained and developed the concept of Quality and Quality Management System.
Moreover, it is introduced the ISO standard and the requirements to certify the System.2.
After that it is presented the company object of the study.3.
Then, the company is analysed and are explained the measures taken to adapt the processes to the standard.
Also, are attached the results of documentation of the procedures required by the standard as well as the Quality Manual.4.
Finally, the conclusions show improvements achieved, personal opinions about the implementation of the System and recommendations.
