| Abstract: | The Planning Forum Conference 1995 had a most timely theme: the focus on leadership and change provided a unifying thrust to the many ways strategists have been trying to cope with unprecedented change in their industries and in our world. While views and techniques still seem as divergent as ever, this conference suggests that some common conclusions may be emerging, at least when it comes to the best way to lead strategic change. The author reports on several key presentations and summarizes the newest thinking on leadership, future change, and organizational growth. |
