| Abstract: | This article discusses the challenges leaders face in this age of uncertainty. Scott Cowen, the president of Tulane university, is used as an example of a resonant leader. Resonant leaders find new opportunities, give of themselves, and move people. Emotional intelligence is a necessary part of resonant leadership. In modern world, sustaining resonance requires leaders to give out themselves constantly. Leaders need to focus on renewal to avoid slipping into dissonance. |
