Abstract:The article aims to build a model of integrative service for constructing service business strategies from customer and provider perspectives. The authors combine resource-based view, customer co-creation and service modules into a mathematical model and formulate strategies using existing marketing frameworks. The results suggest that by combining core services it is possible to create innovative services using the model. In addition, a feedback mechanism is recommended to gain competitive advantage.
