| Abstract: | The author analyses the determinants of the structure of US foreign trade in the period of 1963-1980 relying on a modified model of factor proportions. Determinants investigated are human and real capital, labour and economies of scale. The Leontieff paradox and its explanation given by Leontieff are corroborated. |
