| Abstract: | The days of the old division of labour with the strictly separated jobs, tasks and responsibility are over. It is suggested that managers must learn from nature, where there are no rigid rules, where chaos is rule. Less power and the consequences of the excessive and bureaucratic hierarchy. It is arquedthat hierarchical organizations drive out even those human capabilities which a firm badly needs for its survival. The practice of several German corporations with world wide reputation to smaller and independent units is presented too. |
