| Abstract: | The prospects of frontier trade for Heilongjiang Province to CIS is not too optical. CIS, due to its rich resources, more advanced sciences and technologies, high qualified professional technicians, once improves its economy, it will ask highly qualified imports in quality, design, variety and grade, etc. So, in order to continuously develop the frontier trade and economic cooperation with CIS, Heilongjiang should make mid- and long-term programs and have thoughts of long term development, setting up production source base of leading products for export, strengthening varieties of economic cooperation, and accelerating the construction of base infrastructure. |
