| Abstract: | How can we get people to learn from the experiences they have at work? This is the crucial question for anyone wishing to create a learning organization. After years of experimenting with different approaches the author has become a hard liner. Soft methods give patchy results. If we are going to kick-start the learning habit in organizations, the author believes we must formalize the process of continually learning from experience with rules that make learning practices a mandatory requirement. |
