| Abstract: | The article investigates to what extent children use radio and television in eastern part of Germany. If finds that youngsters - between 6 and 13 - spend much more time on watching TV or listening to radio than children of the same age in the western part of the country. It is due partly to the different circumstances of life. The question is if a balance will develop when these differences disappear. |
