| Abstract: | Although intrapreneurship has attracted a good deal of interest in recent years, researchers have tended to concentrate almost exclusively on the situation as it exists in large firms. The study described here is based on research that explored the phenomenon of intrapreneurship in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and is focused on the principal differences between large firms and SMEs in terms of the factors influencing the emergence and development of intrapreneurship. |
