| Abstract: | This thesis proves the inexorable trend of further developing cities and towns' collective economy as one of the specific realizing forms of our public economy at present stage of our socialism based on looking back its development history and rational reflections on the nature of ownership, ownership rights and cities and towns' collective economy. The author thinks that, at present, we should be more developing partnership, cooperative and share-holding cooperative businesses in a bid to suit establishing the socialist market economic system. |
