| Abstract: | Panel: Huanghe (Yellow River) Limited Company, Xian Minsheng General Merchandise Limited Company, and Xian Liberation General Merchandise Limited Company. The investigation shows: The reform of stock system in the three enterprises is successful. The reform makes the title of enterprise clear, enhances the attraction of enterprise, and raises the economic benefit of enterprise. The article also gives some suggestions for the existing problems. |
