| Abstract: | It is very difficult for state-run commercial enterprises to face with the situation of the existence of diversified economies and ways of management if they still stick to their original business scope. Their business scope should be readjusted, wholesale commerce should be promoted, commercial industries should be developed and monopoly on the basis of the market economy should be employed so as to strengthen the competitiveness of state-run commercial enterprises. |
