| Abstract: | It is a prerequisite for realizing separation of government from enterprise and conferment of autonomy to enterprises to explicitly define the property rights of the state and of enterprises, and make clear the property rights of state-owned assets for the convenience of operating in line with demands of the market economy. It is a shortcut for the transformation of management mechanism of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises that conforms to the situation of China. The implementation of the share-holding system provides useful experience to realization of separation of administration from owned large and medium-sized enterprises . |
