Abstract:Many faults led to financial fluctuation when China's financial policies were made and implemented in the past years. First, financial policies lacked of unification, continuity and independence. Second, macro financial control was very weak and hadn't established sensitive feedback mechanism. Third, the chances of using economic levers such as interest rate and so on always missed or used inappropriately. Finally, China's reforms of finance and economy didn't form a complete system; various kinds of reform measures weren't coordinate and didn't dovetail. The authors give the suggestions about reducing financial fluctuation.
