| Abstract: | Under the influence of the traditional model of administration dominating the economy, agricultural socialized service system is complex and diversified, thus creating contradictions and frictions. The extension of service function is not enough and post-sale service has become a bottleneck. Capital input is inadequate. Scientific and technical personnel in agriculture flow away. Channels for goods and material supply are confused. |
