| Abstract: | The major parts of nonproductive assets of state-owned enterprises consist of various service professions units: the housing of staff members and workers, hospitals, schools for juniors, kindergarten, etc. In process of share-holding system reformation, medical insurance and something else may be separated from the enterprises to be a socialized function, and the housing problem may be solved only by transferring the possession of house property right to the private ownership. |
