| Abstract: | This article makes a creative exploration of how to motivate employees and enterprises by studying the definition and measurement of the vitality of enterprises and by analyzing the factors that affect on the vitality of an enterprise. The significance of this article lies in the proposition of the three-level mechanism models, especially the proposition of the model of behavior of managers and employees, which are of great significance the creatively and practically in the further study of enterprises vitality. |
