| Abstract: | The legal form of large enterprise is mainly stock-holding system. But the traditional stock-holding system is not suitable for the large modern enterprises. If these enterprises are transformed into traditional stock-holding system, stock rights are still centralized in state; in fact, that is owned and managed by state, and it is still difficult to overcome the problems of old system. The target is transformed into legal-person stock-holding system aiming to make enterprise dynamic and protect state-owned property. |
