| Abstract: | Strategy of overseas direct investment includes: strategy of investment goal, strategy of investment trades, strategy of investment regions, strategy of investment fund and strategy of macro management. Tactics of overseas direct investment includes: relying mainly on Sino-foreign joint venture while making autonomous investment subsidiary in investment pattern, relying mainly on middle and small sized projects and gradually expanding from small to large in investment scale, relying mainly on low-tech resource development, labor intensive and resource intensive projects. |
