| Abstract: | Despite the end of the Cold War, the ongoing spread of weapons of mass destruction continues to threaten international peace and security. Unless dramatic changes occur in the control of sensitive exports, Iran, North Korea, and similarly motivated countries may succeed where Iraq failed in gaining the ability to menace their neighbors and the community of nations with nuclear and chemical weapons. The international business community can keep that from happening. |
