| Abstract: | This report covers the domestic market for liquid vegetable oils, last covered in June 1991. The vegetable oil market is comprised primarily of oil from a single source. Blended oils, commonly marketed as "vegetable oil", were generally a mixture of two oils, such as rapeseed and soya bean oil, although blended oils have virtually disappeared from the market and most "vegetable oil" is just repeseed oil. The products sometimes have a specialized culinary usage. |
