Abstract:China is establishing the socialist market economy and preparing to return to GATT. That is why the problem of market pluralization is extremely urgent. The total amount of import and export is growing continuously in China. Its proportion in the world trade increases constantly. The passive situation of excessive centralized market should be reversed thoroughly. The strategy of the market pluralization should be put into practice as quickly as possible.
