The result is an ambitious, 10 year effort to spread a new way of thinking and acting to all levels of the corporation. Harvard Business School professor and GE consultant L. Schlesinger has called this program 'one of the biggest planned efforts to alter people's behaviour since Mao's cultural revolution'. |
