| Abstract: | The present article assesses new forms of leadership in various circles of the U.K. and U.S. It provides examples from various companies, for example - Rath & Strong. The paper lists important elements of leadership. It examines various leadership types: transformational leadership focusing on humanistic rather than authoritative qualities; servant leadership where the leader serves the company first; and indirect leadership to influence intermediaries from a distance. |
